The colloid mill is a fine-processing machine made entirely of stainless steel. It is primarily used for the fine grinding of bones, meat, peanut butter, sesame paste, sunflower seeds, lotus seed paste, chili peppers, and various fruits and vegetables.
The fineness achieved for bone and meat materials is approximately 50 mesh, while that for paste-like materials is approximately 80 mesh. It is mainly used in food processing, pet food production, animal feed, and organic fertilizer production.

Production Capacity: 30–1,500 kg/h
Nuts: Almond butter, cashew butter, walnut butter; ground to the micron level for a fine, smooth texture.
Peanuts: Peanut butter, peanut milk; uniformly emulsified to prevent oil separation and layering.

Vegetables: Vegetable purees, vegetable juices; fibers are broken down for a uniform texture.
Garlic: Garlic puree, garlic paste; finely ground to preserve flavor.
Onions: Onion puree, seasoning bases; finely crushed and processed for ease of further processing.
